Using that option there is no need to set any parameters of coding video
or graphical file. In other words, it is the most appropriate format for
those, who want to get file of the same format as input one.
For that open the "Profile
Settings" dialog window (or make use of the "Properties"
window). In the Main section select "Not to Change Original Format
File" from the "Output
Format" list:
At that, every processed file will be analyzed for the purpose of its
format, codec type used for coding video or audio. Depending on found
information, appropriate new file will be created.
Comment:
Metadata of some file formats don’t contain information about how they
have been coded.
For example, for AVI files it is not always possible to find out bitrate,
used for coding video stream. When
using outer codecs, required codec might not be found. In such cases missing
parameters will be filled up with default values.
For editing given values you need to select the same format as for source
file and set all parameters. Then, while editing, these parameters
will be used in case if source file doesn’t allow to get information about
values for these parameters.
