In case of you cannot activate the software, you have the following ways out:
- If the software says that your Serial Number or Activation Key is invalid:
- Make sure that you have downloaded and installed the same version of the software you have a license for (only for users of VideoCharge). In order to clear up what version of VideoCharge you have installed, open menu Help and select 'About'.
- Make sure that you have not confused your Serial Number with Activation Key or Installation Code. Try to enter the Serial Number and Activation Key again more carefully.
- If the software says that you have exhausted all given activations:
- If the activation seems to be complete, but the software refuses to run:
Make sure that you have administrator rights on the computer you have installed the software on. You have to login as administrator in order to activate the software properly.
