What's New in VideoCharge 3.2!

VideoCharge version 3.2 includes completely altered mechanism of coding MPEG-2 (DVD, VOB and IFO). Now, in contrast to the previous version, all internal sections of DVD doesn't join together but divide in chapters. This makes possible to exclude unneeded sections, to split DVD namely in sections (that was complicated enough in the previous version); video and audio mistiming problem is being settled as well. Besides, new mechanism of encoding DVD enables deinterlacing if necessary.

VideoCharge 3.2 supports coding into MPEG-2, includes more extensive set of coding options; profiles allow to select the required output format (VCD, SVCD, DVD, Online Video) promptly, without going deep into codec settings.

Instrument for easy calculation of output bitrate value according to desired size in megabytes is included as well. That is if you want to compress the movie into 650Mb, you don't need to calculate video and audio bitrate. The software will do it for you automatically.

Possibility to code in MBR (Multiple Bit Rate) mode is added for WMV files - a few video streams of different bitrate are being joined into one file. This mode is the most suitable for creating Online Video.

New options for creating Watermarks are available: now you may specify watermark's position relative to height and width of the output Video or Image file. This allows to impose watermarks, e.g. in the left interior corner, on several images of different height and width, which is very comfortable when working with manifold images.
